Glass Film Posters

Each film poster takes an iconic image from a film and is recreated by hand in glass.  Bespoke orders can be taken, and all I ask is that once you are happy with it I'm allowed to showcase it here as an example to others.  Each one is framed in a standard A4 frame and visible glass inside the mount approximately 18 x 13cm.  As each piece is made by hand some variation from the image may be evident.  Above are examples of the style that translates well into glass, so if there is a film not listed just let me know and I'm sure we can find an image you're happy with.  Please allow up to seven working days for production then shipping second class by Royal Mail to a UK address.

The Red Shoes

Iconic Powell & Pressburger 1948 technicolour film based on the Hans Christian Anderson story of a young girl who can't stop dancing till the red shoes come off.  Lovingly made into an amazing ballet by Matthew Bourne, this image captures the singular control the shoe has over the young girl.
